SOEA was born from her conviction that Africa does not lack resources; it lacks systems that allow communities to fully leverage them.
She brings deep expertise in environmental communication, advocacy strategy, and systems-based community engagement — leading SOEA's three-pillar transformation framework: Eco-Sustainable Development, Eco-Tech Innovation, and Storytelling & Advocacy for Impact.
Her approach integrates climate-smart agriculture, renewable energy, blue economy, digital climate tools, early warning systems, and narrative as infrastructure — shifting communities from beneficiaries to architects of their own futures.

Oversees SOEA's financial stewardship, transparent budgeting, risk management, international best-practice financial reporting, and revenue diversification.
